We deliver with our own vehicles in the Eastern France region.
For the rest of France, we use our partners such as Bpost, Dhl and others.
Our delivery times between 48h and 96h
All orders over 300.00€ automatically benefit from a -10% discount on the total amount of your basket, excluding VAT.
All orders over €450.00 automatically benefit from a 15% discount on the total amount of your basket, excluding VAT.
All orders over 950,00€ automatically benefit from a -20% discount on the total amount of your basket, excluding VAT.

We will be happy to provide you with a solution that is fully in line with your corporate identity and marketing policy.
You create an account directly on our online store. Once your basket is filled with the selected products, you create your account to finalize your order. By accessing your account, you can update all information concerning your delivery address, billing address and means of payment. You'll also have a direct overview of your purchase history.
It's easy! Just click on your login area. Then click on the forgotten password button. Your new password will be emailed to you. If you wish, you can change your new password yourself via your account login interface.
When you place your order, it is automatically registered in our system. Once your payment has been confirmed by your bank, you will receive a confirmation by e-mail or SMS from our sales department confirming the delivery date.
It's easy! Just log in to your customer account. In the dashboard, you can modify and save your data.
At Disgrobel, you can pay by Bancontact, Visa, Master Card or bank transfer.
As soon as the payment has been made and signed for via your bank, you will receive a message from your bank indicating that the order has been paid for. If you decide to cancel or return the order, we will refund you within 14 working days of receipt of your package.
Your order will be delivered by our own transport service if you are in Belgium. Or by an external transport company if you are in Luxembourg or Holland. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation e-mail enabling you to track the delivery of your order via a tracking system.
If your order is over €300.00, delivery is free.
For orders under 300.00 € excluding VAT, delivery charges apply in accordance with our general terms and conditions of sale. The amount of €20.00 excluding VAT will be invoiced to you in addition.
If you wish to exchange or return your items, please contact us within 7 working days of your order. The product must be complete, unopened and in its original packaging as indicated in our returns policy. You will find all the information you need to contact us via our contact form or by telephone. You will receive the total amount of your order either by bank transfer or by credit note, which you can deduct from your next purchase.
If you would like to visit our Heppignies Showroom at Avenue de Heppignies Bat B, 6220 Heppignies, we look forward to seeing you. You'll have the opportunity to discover our products, take samples and be advised by a store manager on all the products that might interest you.
We are open from Monday to Friday. From 8H00 to 17H00
We deliver especially to companies with a valid vat number. As a private customer, you can order via our online store. The prices shown in our online store are exclusive of vat (20%). Without your valid vat number, 20% vat will apply.
